8.3 You may not reproduce, republish, adapt, translate, distribute, transmit, display, perform, licence, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior express written permission of bwtpkr, except as expressly permitted under these Terms.

9.1 The Platform may reference, review or describe Third-Party Operators. bwtpkr does not own, operate or control any Third-Party Operator platform and is not responsible for the content, terms, policies or conduct of any such operator.
9.2 Any transaction, interaction or relationship you enter into with a Third-Party Operator is solely between you and that operator. bwtpkr is not a party to any such arrangement and accepts no liability for any loss, dispute, damage or dissatisfaction arising from your dealings with any Third-Party Operator.
9.3 Operator terms, bonus conditions, odds, payment methods and game libraries referenced on the Platform are subject to change at any time by the relevant operator. bwtpkr cannot guarantee that information remains current at the time of your access.

Where amicable resolution is not achievable, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of the jurisdiction applicable to bwtpkr's operational entity. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
